Abstract

A mentoring-programm for hard traumatised young people will be reported. The programm very early will help teens on the edge of the society to develop competence like ability to survive, also knowledge and faith in itself, so that they can feel accompanying for company. The youngsters take over responsibility by the care from undeprivileged cradle children. They receive accompanying one-to-one conversations and lessons in a class. With the help of a case study of a 15-year-old girl the work becomes clear.
