Transpersonal aspects of phenomenological-systemic constellation work

Abstract

Phenomenological-systemic constellation work is a methodological approach that has developed from systemic family constellations. This article outlines the development of constellation work and defines methodological approaches. Phenomenological-systemic constellation work is rooted in systems theory. In constellation practice, however, experiences are made that go beyond the systemic-constructivist framework and lead to transpersonal perceptions. These transpersonal aspects of the work are described for the reader, supported by various real-life examples. Special attention is given to the importance of spiritual consciousness experience such as mindfulness and the beginner's mind as a basis for the experiences made.
