He who follows a star does not turn back
How transformation can succeed in confusing times
Abstract
A case study is used to show how a profound process of transformation, triggered by a crisis, can be accompanied by the methods of psychosynthesis. Different concepts of psychosynthesis are examined, such as self, higher self, disidentification, or the five steps of the process of transformation. The line of thought focuses on the star to follow, the innermost soul impulse that guides the transformational movement, without which alignment with the direction of development is lost. The case study shows how to successfully invoke the soul impulse and keep it alive.
