Expansion of consciousness - holographic integration in therapeutic work

Abstract

This article describes my own pathway from Gestalt Therapy, Holotropic Breathwork and energy work to transpersonal, energy healing work with shamanistic features. The steps of the broadening of consciousness, changes in the way of living and the development of psychic abilities is described as well as examples of the therapeutic practice.

Bettina Hausmann

studied German and Romance languages and literature. Two children, divorced. Training in Integrative Therapy (Fritz-Perls-Institute, Düsseldorf), in Transpersonal Therapy (School for Transpersonal Psychology and Psychotherapy, Freiburg), in Energetic and Spiritual Healing (Margret Cryns, Berg. Gladbach). 15 years of life in a Christian peace community (Laurentiuskonvent). Own practice for 20 years. Living and teaching at home and abroad.
