Intuitive modulation competence in leading groups - a pragmatic training model

Abstract

Based on criteria of intuitive consciousness in Playbacktheatre different poles of attentive span are proposed to describe principles in group leading. On the basis of theoretical considerations and practical experiences, a simple six-pole training model is presented. This model appears to be capable in differentiating and highlighting the various focal points and levels involved in the training of a team leader.
